ORDERS & SHIPPING
1. Where do you ship from?
We ship from multiple international warehouses through our fulfillment partner, CJdropshipping.
Your order may come from the closest warehouse with stock available.
2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by country:

NZ / Australia: 7–20 business days

UK & EU: 7–18 business days

Canada: 10–20 business days

Rest of the world: 10–25 business days
Shipping times do not include processing.
3. What is the processing time?
Orders take 1–3 business days to process before being shipped.
4. Why is my tracking number not updating?
Tracking updates may take 1–5 days after your order ships.
This is normal for international logistics.
5. Will my items arrive together?
Your order may arrive in separate packages to speed up delivery. This is normal for dropshipping.
6. What if my package is delayed or stuck?
If tracking shows no movement for 15–30 days (depending on your region), we will provide a replacement or refund according to CJdropshipping’s policy.
7. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping through CJdropshipping’s global network.
PRODUCTS & INVENTORY
8. Are your products stored locally?
Some items may ship from local warehouses if available; otherwise, they ship internationally from CJdropshipping.
9. Will items look like the photos?
Yes. All product images come directly from our supplier and accurately represent the item.
10. How do I choose the correct size?
Please refer to the size chart provided on each product page.

PAYMENTS
11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and secure payment providers available in Shopify.
12. Why was my payment declined?
This may be due to insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or your bank blocking the transaction for security reasons.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
13. What is your return policy?
Because we work with CJdropshipping, we do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong size ordered.
We DO offer free replacements or refunds for:

14. What proof is needed for a refund or replacement?
CJdropshipping requires:

A description of the issue

Clear photos or a video of the problem

This helps us resolve your case fast.
15. How long do I have to report an issue?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
For lost packages, within 60 days.
16. Do I need to return the item?
In most cases, no.
CJdropshipping rarely requires returns unless necessary.
17. When will I receive my refund?
Once approved, refunds take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
18. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, your order may have already been processed by CJdropshipping.
19. Can I change my shipping address?
If the order has NOT been processed yet, yes.
If it has already been shipped, we cannot change the address.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
20. What if my package never arrives?
If tracking shows no delivery after the maximum shipping timeframe, we will resend or refund your order based on CJdropshipping’s Lost Package Policy.
21. My tracking says “delivered,” but I didn’t receive it.
